Eligibility & Age Requirements
- We generally only perform ear piercing for children aged 6 years and older.
- The child must be willing and cooperative throughout the procedure.
- If a child is distressed, highly anxious, resistant or unwilling to proceed, we reserve the right to postpone or decline the piercing.
- A parent or legal guardian must be present for anyone under 16 years of age.
- The safety and wellbeing of the child always comes first.
Aftercare
Good aftercare is essential for a healthy and comfortable healing process. Following your piercing, we recommend:
- Wash hands thoroughly before touching the piercing.
- Clean the piercing twice daily with an ear care solution — available in-store.
- Avoid unnecessary touching between cleaning sessions.
- Keep the area dry between cleanings.
- Do not remove the studs for the first 6 weeks.
